FHA CONDO APPROVAL LIST
The FHA Condo Approval list is the only official list released by HUD. It is updated once a day, so there is a 24-hour lag for condos that become FHA Approved, and when they appear on the list. Because of this, make sure to check back daily to see any updates made by HUD to the FHA Condominium Approval list.
HUD often closes the FHA website on nights and weekends.
For this reason, the FHA Map is a great alternative and will provide a map view of FHA Approved Condominiums based on the official list.
VA CONDO APPROVAL LIST
The VA Condo Approval list is the official list released by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The VA updates this list on weekdays in real-time. This list of VA Approved Condominiums uses marketing names, Tract numbers, and Parcel numbers to identify VA-approved projects. For this reason, some communities are harder to find on the list than others.

A project that is “Accepted without conditions” is considered VA Approved. If you see a project is listed as Accepted with conditions, rejected or withdrawn, you will need to contact us to get further specifics.
